In light of all of the pregnancy talk and discussions on nursery decor, I thought I would post a picture of my sister's nursery. Once the kids get to be about a year and a half old, they are moved to another bedroom for the new little baby to take over. They are waiting for the arrival of their first girl any day.

That is such a beautiful nursery. Who is the artist? I need them to come visit Esther's room! I bet you can't wait for your little niece to come!
Shannon,
Actually my sister came up with the idea, and one of her friends did the painting. You can't see it in this pic, but there is grass "growing out" of the baseboards too. There are also some butterflies and bugs painted. She also has a cute bumper and comforter with bug stuff on it.
Oh boy, you are answering all my question! I just asked in my last post if your sis is having a girl or boy. You must be reading my mind . . .
Wow, what an artistic nursery! I especially like the clouds. Are the boys excited about a baby sister?
Alicia,
Cole is 2 and Brenden is 1, so I am not sure how much they understand. Cole always says, "Uncle Ben is a big man, Daddy is a big man, I am a big man. Aunt Kelly is a lady, mommy is a lady, and mommy has a baby girl in her tummy. Brenden is just a little boy." So he seems to sort of get it.
great pictures kelly. it's nice to see you got to post pictures without going crazy or throwing a computer out a window. :) those are some cutie pie nephews. isn't it fun when you can get them all riled up and then send them home to mom and dad? :) i do that all the time with my niece.
