Red Lobster Biscuits

We enjoyed a great dinner tonight: roast beef, mashed potatoes and gravy, Red Lobster biscuits, and homemade apple pie. For those of you who like the biscuits from Red Lobster, you need to use the recipe below. They are super easy to make, and they really do taste like the ones in the restaurant.

Ingredients:
2 cups Bisquick
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

Mix the bisquick, milk, and cheese until a soft ball forms. Beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Drop balls onto an ungreasted baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes at 425 degrees. Mix butter and garlic and brush on baked rolls while they are still on the pan and hot. Enjoy!
