This was the first Christmas since 2005 that we were able to attend every single family Christmas party. We attended six Christmas celebrations, most of them a couple of hours from home. We spent a lot of time on the road and spent several nights in other people's homes. It was so nice to see family members we hadn't seen in years and to meet the new children that have been born.
This picture was taken Christmas morning before we left for church. We spent Christmas day in church and then headed over to Ben's parent's house for a big dinner. The entire Glupker family was together for Christmas this year and we all spent the night and had fun playing games and visiting together.
This holiday season was so sweet for me as a mother. It was a privilege to watch my children interact with the Christmas story and share it with others. While Advent is now over we have continued reading through the Jesus Storybook Bible (again). The Holy Spirit is working in Owen's heart. I can see it. And I thank God for it.
