What do you do when it's almost 90 degrees outside? To beat the heat we went to Waterfront Park this morning. It's right on the Ohio River just a few minutes from where we live. The kids LOVE splashing and running through the sprinklers.

And after lunch it's nap time! The kids found a shady spot and decided to lay down. That was our cue that it was time to go.

That's funny. We were with you but I guess Lana was never around when you took pictures, you wouldn't even know it....

I took the water pictures in the beginning when she wasn't running through the sprinklers. By the time she laid down next to Owen in the nap picture, the boys weren't laying down. But she IS in the lunch picture! :)
