Christina posted this picture on her blog and mentioned that her cousin was the one in the "purple." I very kindly left her a comment telling her that there was no purple on the uniform - it's blue. She not-so-kindly told me my computer was no good. Just Kidding - she's always nice. Her husband made that comment. :)
I honestly don't care what color the uniform is, I was just having fun giving Christina a hard time. And I thought it would be even MORE fun if everybody else thought it was blue too. So I am taking a survey - what color is on the uniform? You should see yellow and _____?
A. BLUE (this is the correct answer)
B. Purple (this is the wrong answer)
C. Neither (you're a dork if you pick this one)

I'm going to diplomatically say it's a purpley blue. On my monitor, it does look more purple...

kelly this is too funny! :~) i'm sorry you had to be put to shame with your eyes/computer screen being so bad. :) i'm sure it looks purple to you, but i'm afraid that in real life you would be amazed at how purple it really is. maybe the purple mat is throwing you off b/c it's a different shade.

My four year old--who has known her colors since she was two, but has a very unbiased, undistorted view of colors since she is still young, says blue! Just in case you need to up your numbers, and I see why you say blue. . .

Ok, I was clicked on "comments" to leave my opinion - which is blue - then I saw that almost everyone else said purple, so I X'd out. But then I decided that I'm not gonna be a chicken, and I'm going to stand up for what I believe - and I believe I see blue. However, I have had some criticism with my vision lately. My mother in law bought me a suit from Ann Taylor for Christmas that I will go to the grave saying is black. Everyone else says it's blue. I even argued with the store clerk. But just to give you a little support. :)

Ahh so there we have it. Someone who can't tell the difference (spoken in love) :) between blue and black said blue. You must have more rods than cones or cones than rods. (in your eye ball). I think the purples have it. Does anyone remember taking the tasters and nontaster test in school. My teacher gave us a piece of paper to eat some of us spit it out like it was covered in amonia and the rest of us just went right along chewing swearing we couldn't taste ANYTHING!

SO purple...just....so purple...but in person and in the pic. I say some computers probably distort it but it is just so purple.
