Our local McDonald's hosted a night of pumpkin painting. We were already planning to paint our pumpkins, but if McDonald's is going to take care of the mess for us at no charge . . . why not do it there? These pumpkins are much smaller than ours, but Owen didn't mind. He's not into crafts that much anyway. 
The finished product - it's an abstract piece of art!
