Ben came home from work yesterday and announced that after dinner he wanted to go to the gym and teach the kids how to play hockey. The kids certainly could use a little running, so that's what we did. 
My pictures are blurry because my camera batter was low. Owen looks so tall here, like a real life kid. I can't believe how old he is already.
