If they came to be a blessing - their mission was accomplished!

These pictures will make a lot more sense if you read the post first.

Here's Ben counting the votes. Better do a re-count to be sure.
The winning restaurant is announced.
Apparently Aunt Judy was excited about the outcome
Here's Grandma making us some caramel popcorn

Ben's family was such a blessing to us over the weekend! They TOTALLY spoiled us! They arrived on Thursday night. During their stay with us we gave them a tour of Whitefield Academy and the synagogue. We went shopping and out to eat for every single meal. Ben and his dad went to a U of L basketball game on Friday night while us girls had a girls night out. The weekend was so fun.
They arrived with gifts for us. Ben's dad brought me a candle. Aunt Judy came in with some special treats. Grandma gave me some homemade dish cloths. Mom Glupker sent down some cookies and bread and Sarah gave us a Christmas tree. During their stay Aunt Judy showered us with more gifts. I got a new pair of soft slippers and a plug-in from Bath and Body Works, a new game, and a keychain. It seems like there was more, but my tired self can't think of it right now.
Being a "hostess" for this group was a piece of cake. I didn't have to cook one meal! In fact, I didn't even have groceries in the house and when we went to the grocery store to grab a few things, Aunt Judy paid for my stuff! We had a hard time deciding where to go out to eat for each meal. One night Ben decided we should have a vote to narrow down our restaurant choices. He got on the computer and made up a ballot listing out all of the restaurants we had been discussing. We had to give our favorite choice a "1," our second favorite a "2" and so on. Grandma thought it was great and it really helped us decide where to eat. Did I mention that Ben and I didn't pay for one meal? Our family is very good to us.

You're lucky to have such a wonderful family. It's nice to be spoiled once in a while. I pretty sure that if I come down I won't be able to match your family's generosity!
