Easter Baskets

Aubrey's Easter basket: included was a stuffed lamb we already had, a new toothbrush, a book, underwear and a pair of pajamas.

Owen's Easter basket: included was a stuffed duck we already had, a new toothbrush, a car, underwear, a David and Goliath film and a puzzle.

Owen was very excited about his new car.

He loves the story of David, although he is getting tired of hearing about Goliath. He now wants to hear about his friendship with Jonathan, his adventures with Saul and how he became King.

The kids also received baskets from Grandma G. and Grandma L! The best part about all of the gift giving was that they didn't expect any of it. We don't teach the kids that an Easter bunny exists and we don't talk about presents at all. It's fun to see their excitement when they get a new toy or special treat when they aren't expecting it!
